- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Review and optimize the restaurant's profit and loss statements
- Drive sales through excellent guest service, people development, and operational management
- Motivate and direct team members to deliver friendly and efficient service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
- Manage labor scheduling and enforce compliance with regulations and company policies
