Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed
  • Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, two years of college preferred
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Review and optimize the restaurant's profit and loss statements
  • Drive sales through excellent guest service, people development, and operational management
  • Motivate and direct team members to deliver friendly and efficient service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • Manage labor scheduling and enforce compliance with regulations and company policies
