Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management or maître d’ role
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine, wine, and fine dining service etiquette
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Proficiency with Opentable reservation system
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including host stand, reservations, dining room flow, and guest relations
- Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth, ensuring an elegant and seamless dining experience
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and precise service execution
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the dining room
- Manage reservations and special events, including VIP and repeat guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback with discretion, professionalism, and a focus on recovery and relationship-building
- Support scheduling, payroll, and inventory control in collaboration with ownership or GM
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Represent the restaurant’s brand image through impeccable appearance, demeanor, and communication
