Job Requirements
- Education beyond high school
- Two to three years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to manage kitchen and dining operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts
- Physically able to perform tasks including lifting 20 - 40 lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- Two to three years of full-time employment in a related position
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- Strong supervision and management communication skills
- Ability to investigate, analyze current activities and make logical conclusions
- Decision-making skills guided by established policy and procedures
- Excellent comprehension skills for guest and associate matters
- Strong oral communication skills for instructions and policy communication
- Knowledge of chemicals and agents for training purposes
Job Duties
- Manage the associates in the various outlets to attract, retain and motivate employees
- Hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel staff
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Resolve employee problems and provide open communications
- Recommend discipline and termination as appropriate
- Implement company programs and manage operations of food and beverage outlets
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state and local laws
- Forecast, monitor, control and report on budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Ensure adequate supplies and staffing for quality customer service
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure quality experiences
- Create, recommend and implement promotions, displays and buffet presentations to increase guest engagement
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
