Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and manage restaurant budget, control costs, and maximize profitability
  • Train and develop staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations
