Job Duties
- Drive guest satisfaction: address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- lead and train your team: build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values, foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff in all front-of-house positions
- operational excellence: maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant, oversee daily operations to maximize profitability, scheduling staff effectively
- quality control: conduct regular line checks and ensure all food and beverage items meet Lure Fish House's high standards
- profit and loss management: understand and contribute to the restaurant's financial success
- technology savvy: proficient in Aloha POS system
