Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding hospitality and quality food
- Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, people-first culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards
- Oversee scheduling, labor, and inventory management to meet business goals
- Drive sales and profitability through great guest service and operational efficiency
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable to Swadley's standards
- Partner with senior leadership to implement company initiatives
