Job Requirements

  • Full-time professional available to work 40 hours per week
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Able to sit at a computer or desk and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to easily sit, stand, stoop, reach, and walk
  • Availability for varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high volume restaurant with experience in fiscal and operational performance in an upscale to fine dining restaurant group
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills
  • Helpful, supportive communication style
  • Collaborative within a structured job environment
  • Manager Certification in Sanitation and Food Handling

Job Duties

  • Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
  • Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
  • Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
  • Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
  • Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
