Job Requirements

  • Full-time professional available to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Able to sit at a computer or desk
  • Able to stoop, reach, and walk easily
  • Willingness to work varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • This is a salaried, exempt position

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high volume restaurant
  • Experience in fiscal and operational performance in a preferred high volume, upscale to fine dining restaurant group
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills
  • Helpful, supportive communication style
  • Collaborative within a structured job environment
  • Manager Certification in Sanitation and Food Handling

Job Duties

  • Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
  • Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
  • Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
  • Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
