Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Experience working in regulated restaurant or gaming environments
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain required Nevada licensing cards
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Must be physically able to meet job demands including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable commute or relocation to Las Vegas
  • Good communication and administrative skills

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations both front and back of house
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as restaurants or gaming properties
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, financials, and staff performance
  • Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams
  • Positive and guest-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Health Card, Nevada TAM Card, and Non-gaming Card
  • Ability to submit to background check and drug test
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar areas
  • Ensure services meet or exceed operational standards for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and service to ensure top-notch dining experiences
  • Train, motivate, and manage a diverse team including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal service levels during all shifts
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty
  • Manage restaurant budget including labor costs, food costs, and inventory control
  • Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and make recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with health department regulations, liquor laws, gaming regulations, and casino policies
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and conduct performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for special events and promotions
  • Implement safety protocols for staff and guests
