Job Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Experience working in regulated restaurant or gaming environments
- Must be over 21 years old
- Ability to obtain required Nevada licensing cards
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Must be physically able to meet job demands including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable commute or relocation to Las Vegas
- Good communication and administrative skills
Job Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations both front and back of house
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Experience working in regulated environments such as restaurants or gaming properties
- Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, financials, and staff performance
- Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams
- Positive and guest-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain Nevada Health Card, Nevada TAM Card, and Non-gaming Card
- Ability to submit to background check and drug test
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar areas
- Ensure services meet or exceed operational standards for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment adhering to health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and service to ensure top-notch dining experiences
- Train, motivate, and manage a diverse team including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal service levels during all shifts
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty
- Manage restaurant budget including labor costs, food costs, and inventory control
- Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and make recommendations
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations, liquor laws, gaming regulations, and casino policies
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and conduct performance evaluations
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for special events and promotions
- Implement safety protocols for staff and guests
