Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Health Card
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada TAM Card
  • Must be able to obtain a Non-gaming Card
  • Ability to submit to background check and drug test
  • Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Las Vegas
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
  • Ability to work in smoky, noisy, hot, cold, or humid environments

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge in front and back of house operations
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Experience working in a regulated restaurant or gaming property environment
  • Proven success in managing restaurant operations, financials, and staff performance
  • Strong leadership skills with diverse teams
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude
  • Effective communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to coach team members for success
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar areas
  • Ensure services meet or exceed operational standards for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and service to ensure top-notch dining experiences
  • Train, motivate, and manage staff including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support personnel
  • Schedule and supervise staff for optimal service levels during peak and off-peak hours
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty including promotional events
  • Manage restaurant budget, labor costs, food costs, and inventory control
  • Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, health department standards, liquor laws, and casino policies
  • Implement safety protocols for staff and guests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for special events and promotions
