Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- three plus years of restaurant management experience preferably in upscale casual dining
- proven leadership skills in high volume restaurant settings
- flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage inventory and control costs

Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant operations maintaining high standards for food service and cleanliness
- train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- oversee inventory ordering and cost controls using fresh local ingredients
- handle guest issues and ensure satisfaction
- monitor financial performance including sales and labor costs
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- support menu updates and operational improvements
- foster a positive team oriented culture
