Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Food Safety Certification where applicable according to city county or state regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and inventory control

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Food Safety Certification subject to city county or state requirements
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience in recruitment and talent development
  • Knowledge of inventory management budgeting and financial management

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as required to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs
  • Ensure profitability for restaurant working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
  • Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
