Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification where applicable according to city county or state regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and inventory control
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification subject to city county or state requirements
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent development
- Knowledge of inventory management budgeting and financial management
Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining room and bar areas
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
- Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as required to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs
- Ensure profitability for restaurant working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management
- Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
