- Must be at least 21 years of age
- one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout shift
- ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and or certifications

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel
- ensure compliance with established service standards
- monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
- adhere to all applicable safety and health code regulations
- monitor budgets, costs, and labor to maintain assigned outlets
- interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, promote, counsel, and discharge personnel as needed
- resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously
- assist the Director with budget goals and financial monitoring
- represent the Food and Beverage Department in internal and external employee matters
