Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel food and beverage operations
- Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant or hospitality operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and payroll management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in food and beverage sales and marketing strategies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and event spaces
- Oversee the restaurant's budget, marketing plans, and objectives
- Implement and maintain effective food and beverage sales and marketing programs
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Address and resolve guest concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality control for food and beverage standards
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgets for beverage operations
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards
- Communicate operational needs effectively across departments and attend regular meetings to ensure smooth coordination
- Cultivate relationships with regular and new guests, promoting the restaurant through personalized interactions and marketing efforts
- Be visible and hands-on in the operation, setting the tone for service excellence
