Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar food and beverage supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle budgeting and cost control
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial management
- Understanding of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficient in marketing and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy implementation, meeting participation
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, recognition and reward
- Monitor and assess product and service satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services and maximize revenue
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies and local area knowledge
- Recruit, interview and train team members
