Job Qualifications
- FOH management experience in a tavern, bar, or casual restaurant
- BOH management experience helpful
- food safety knowledge, certification preferred
- strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- comfortable lifting to 50 lbs and standing long shifts
- positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- quick to build rapport with guests and staff
- bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Assist the owner/operator with FOH and BOH management
- lead, train, and support a small team (<5 employees)
- oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- manage scheduling, expo, and service flow
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- provide an outstanding guest and employee experience
