Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience
  • ability to develop, coach, and motivate team members
  • outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • open availability
  • able to work under general supervision and report to General Manager and Area Supervisor

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making
  • supports the staff and interacts fully with guests to ensure their needs are met
  • promotes positive guest interactions and resolves problems satisfactorily
  • monitors purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages ensuring adherence to recipes and portion standards
  • acts as a support system for all restaurant areas
  • maintains a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • ensures highest quality levels of products and hospitality
