Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • complete restaurant manager training classes
  • ability to stand walk approximately 85 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs
  • ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
  • ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma G E D or equivalent
  • associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
  • minimum 3 years managing service concept with full P L responsibility for external recruit
  • must be 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • ServSafe certification required
  • ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • proficient with personal computers and software applications
  • valid driver s license and insurance
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • strong integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems implementation
  • motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
  • manages daily restaurant operational performance and guest service quality
  • responds to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
  • maintains restaurant cleanliness maintenance and brand image
  • analyzes operational and financial performance
  • implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
  • uses data and consults with regional resources
  • monitors costs and budget adherence
  • fosters positive company culture and ethics
  • trains coaches and develops employees
  • provides performance feedback and recognition
  • ensures food quality safety and compliance with regulations
  • manages multiple demands and prioritizes effectively
  • delegates tasks and follows up systematically
  • performs other related duties as assigned
