Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Proficient in personal computers and software applications
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to use personal vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move freely and operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training adherence
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Manage daily activities for excellent restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to complaints
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand standards
- Analyze financial and operational data and implement improvement plans
