Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Proficient in personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for work purposes
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to move freely and operate restaurant equipment
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training adherence
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Manage daily activities for excellent restaurant operations
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to complaints
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand standards
  • Analyze financial and operational data and implement improvement plans
