Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager or 3 years managing service concept
- completion of restaurant manager training
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math
- analytical skills
- organizational and planning skills
- proficiency with computers and software
- valid driver's license and insurance
- use personal vehicle for work-related travel
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- ability to operate computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be ServSafe certified
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- proficient in personal computers and software
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are implemented
- develops internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- creates an employee-friendly fun clean and safe environment
- motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies
- manages daily operations to achieve excellent restaurant performance
- provides exceptional guest experience ensuring food quality and safety
- responds promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- identifies trends and implements improvement plans
- focuses on increasing sales and profitability through the Service Profit Chain
- monitors costs and adheres to budgets and goals
- fosters a culture of integrity honesty and trust
- handles conflict management and maintains calm under pressure
- trains coaches and develops employees for promotion
