Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager or 3 years managing service concept
  • completion of restaurant manager training
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • analytical skills
  • organizational and planning skills
  • proficiency with computers and software
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • use personal vehicle for work-related travel
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • ability to operate computer keyboard

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promote
  • minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • must be ServSafe certified
  • must complete restaurant manager training classes
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • proficient in personal computers and software
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to speak read and write effectively in English

Job Duties

  • develops internal candidates for management and team leader roles

  • manages daily operations to achieve excellent restaurant performance
  • provides exceptional guest experience ensuring food quality and safety

  • maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
  • utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • identifies trends and implements improvement plans
  • focuses on increasing sales and profitability through the Service Profit Chain
  • monitors costs and adheres to budgets and goals

  • handles conflict management and maintains calm under pressure
