Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Possess valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Willingness to travel between restaurant locations
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities
  • Must maintain high ethical standards and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for business
  • Proficient in personal computer and related software
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are fully implemented
  • Develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
  • Ensure effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and brand promise
  • Create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and motivating restaurant environment
  • Manage daily operations to provide excellent guest service and food quality
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
  • Adjust to shifting priorities and manage change initiatives
  • Delegate work and conduct systematic follow-up
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
