Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Valid driver's license
- Must have personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard
- Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with personal computers and software applications
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
- Ensure execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Create a fun, clean, safe, and employee-friendly environment
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellent restaurant operational performance
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure food quality
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
- Focus on increasing sales and profitability
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget
- Perform other related duties as assigned
