Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager and/or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with P&L responsibility for external candidates
- complete restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle
- proficient in English communication
- analytical skills
- experience with computer software
- willingness to travel to other locations
- ability to manage conflict
- strong organizational skills
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as an associate manager and/or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years service management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotion
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- good organization and planning abilities
- proficient with personal computers and software applications
- valid driver's license and insurance
- strong ethical standards and integrity
- ability to perform basic math
- capable of independent judgment
- experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and implements employee training systems
- identify and develop internal candidates for management roles
- ensure execution of My Promise to You and Service Profit Chain
- maintain a positive, employee-friendly, clean, and safe work environment
- motivate and inspire employees
- treat employees with respect and recognize performance
- comply with labor laws and company policies
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- handle guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
- maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance
- analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and implement improvements
- increase sales and profitability through effective management
- monitor budget and restaurant goals adherence
