Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • 100% certified in all workstations
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training implementation
  • Develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
  • Ensure execution of the Service Profit Chain and brand promise
  • Create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and fun workplace environment
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Treat employees with respect and recognize their achievements
  • Manage daily operations to achieve excellent restaurant performance
  • Ensure consistent delivery of guest service and food quality
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
  • Respond timely and professionally to guest concerns
  • Use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Develop and implement action plans based on data analysis
  • Focus on increasing sales and profitability
  • Monitor costs and budget adherence
