Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education
- minimum management experience as specified
- ServSafe certification
- completion of restaurant manager training
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math competence
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle
- proficiency with computers
- willingness to accept responsibility and work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years service management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math operations
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- self-starter with initiative
- proficient with personal computers and related software
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
- create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- treat employees with respect and dignity
- recognize and reward employees regularly
- ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve restaurant operational excellence
- provide exceptional guest experiences
- train and hold team accountable for guest service and food quality
- respond to guest concerns professionally and timely
- maintain brand image of cleanliness and service
- utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- identify trends and implement improvement plans
- focus on increasing sales and profitability

- motivate employees through training and coaching
- provide performance feedback and recognition
