Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year management experience internally or 3 years external management experience
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training
- ServSafe certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to use personal vehicle for business travel
- Proficient in English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to perform basic math
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certified
- Completed Restaurant Manager training classes
- Proficient in English speaking reading and writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Good organization and planning capabilities
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient with personal computers and software
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are fully implemented
- Works with management team to execute service profit chain and brand promise
- Creates an employee-friendly fun clean and safe environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Manages daily restaurant activities to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Reviews and improves guest experience practices
- Maintains brand image of cleanliness maintenance and service
- Utilizes management tools to analyze financial and operational performance
- Implements action plans to improve sales and profits
- Monitors costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- Handles guest concerns promptly and professionally
