Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ability to perform basic math operations
- self-starter with initiative
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of the shift
- able to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- ability to travel to other restaurant locations
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software
- valid driver's license and insurance
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training adherence
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- manage daily activities to ensure operational performance
- provide excellent guest service and food quality
- respond to guest concerns professionally
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- implement action plans for improvement
- focus on increasing sales and profitability
- ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- motivate and inspire employees
- enforce food safety standards
- manage conflict and maintain ethical practices
- perform other related duties as assigned
