Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Minimum of 1 year as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math concepts
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Proficient in personal computer and related software
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to use personal vehicle for bank deposits and business travel
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
- Develop internal candidates for leadership roles
- Ensure execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and motivating environment
- Manage daily restaurant operational performance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain visibility and interaction with guests and respond to concerns timely
- Use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Maintain brand image through cleanliness and service standards
- Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- Manage conflict and maintain calm under pressure
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities
- Recognize and reward employee performance
- Deliver quality and timely performance feedback
- Ensure consistency in food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness
- Adjust to changing priorities and manage resources efficiently
