Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to complete 10-week hands-on rotational training program
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team leadership capability
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality
  • Optimize operational efficiency
  • Assist General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees
  • Manage POS systems proficiency
  • Lead and motivate team members
