Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to complete 10-week hands-on rotational training program
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or better preferred
  • experience in food service management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to superior customer service

Job Duties

  • ensure the seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards of food quality
  • optimize operational efficiency
  • assist the general manager or assistant general manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees
  • manage team leadership and employee development
  • oversee proficiency in POS systems
