Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with upscale dining in high volume experience
- strong financial and computer skills
- ability to manage and coordinate restaurant functions
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience working with point-of-sale systems
- availability to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- knowledge of food safety certifications preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with upscale dining in high volume experience
- ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory
- strong financial and computer skills
- experience working with and understanding profit and loss statements and developing and managing budgets
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- experience with point-of-sale systems
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
- no degree required
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring actions align with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
- assisting team member training and monitoring their performance with open communication for corrections needed
- maintaining positive guest relations and high standards of service
- addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory
- managing invoice payments accurately and timely
