Job Requirements

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • fluent in English with professional communication skills
  • prior experience in Food & Beverage cost control
  • minimum of one year supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
  • knowledge of union and non-union working environments preferred
  • strong motivational and developmental skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a team
  • ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Food Handlers card
  • minimum age of 21 years

Job Duties

  • operate the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls
  • manage, schedule, and train restaurant staff
  • monitor staff performance
  • maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards
  • ensure customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards
