Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- fluent in English with professional communication skills
- prior experience in Food & Beverage cost control
- minimum of one year supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
- knowledge of union and non-union working environments preferred
- strong motivational and developmental skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team
- ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Food Handlers card
- minimum age of 21 years

Job Duties
- operate the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls
- manage, schedule, and train restaurant staff
- monitor staff performance
- maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards
- ensure customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards
