Job Requirements
- Ability to analyze and interpret restaurant operational results
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations
- Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
- A variety of task and deadlines requires irregular work schedule
- Ability to perform in an interruptive office environment
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner
Job Qualifications

- Preferred five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision
- Preferred four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card
- Excellent leadership and staff development skills
Job Duties
- Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant
- Manage areas of responsibility to enhance the gaming experience of guests
- Develop staff through training, interviewing, disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations
- Review staffing levels and delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Review departmental status with Food and Beverage Director
- Develop and manage programs to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Meet with directors and managers as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
