Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • knowledge of local, state and federal safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • strong knowledge of food quality and safety standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • proven ability to handle guest complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • experience with inventory management and scheduling
  • familiarity with marketing and menu development in a restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels, disciplines and participates in the evaluation of restaurant staff employees for the efficient operation of the restaurant
  • schedules and directs staff in their work assignments
  • responsible for ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees
  • responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in working order
  • visually inspects and takes corrective action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests
  • provides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustments
  • oversees work orders to ensure repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis
