Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience in restaurant or retail
  • Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
  • Physically capable of working in a fast paced kitchen environment with extended periods of standing and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Flexible with ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
  • Direct crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • Complete other duties as assigned
