Job Requirements

  • minimum ten years of experience in hospitality
  • minimum five years in a leadership role
  • experience in high-end restaurant management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • knowledge of sustainable seafood practices
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
