Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a service manager role in a high-volume restaurant
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development and guest relations
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service quality standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Guest engagement including 100 percent table visitation and immediate resolution of guest concerns
  • Manage daily front-of-house operations to balance high service standards with a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate closely with Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Mentor and develop staff to promote internal career advancement opportunities
  • Work with Managing Partner to refine management skills and contribute to strategic business growth
