Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and other legally required certifications before starting work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on Front of House employees
  • Assist General Manager in hiring and retaining talent
  • Support training and development of restaurant staff
  • Ensure guest service excellence and maintain restaurant atmosphere
  • Oversee food and beverage quality and menu product launches
  • Deliver financial results through planning, execution, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and facility cleanliness
