Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
- Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and other legally required certifications before starting work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on Front of House employees
- Assist General Manager in hiring and retaining talent
- Support training and development of restaurant staff
- Ensure guest service excellence and maintain restaurant atmosphere
- Oversee food and beverage quality and menu product launches
- Deliver financial results through planning, execution, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and facility cleanliness
