Job Requirements

  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
  • Possession of any other legally required certification to be eligible to work for Hooters
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Strong coaching, organizational, and planning skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Manage various operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations and business administration
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet business needs
  • Support hiring, training, and development of Front of House and Back of House employees
  • Manage performance and coaching of all hourly employees to ensure role success
  • Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, and maintain brand integrity
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, cash handling, team building, vendor relationships, and local store marketing
