Job Requirements

  • Must have at least two years supervisor or managerial experience at full-service restaurants or hotels
  • ability to manage multiple departments including concierge, restaurant, and banquet bars
  • experience in staff training and development

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage concierge, restaurant, and banquet bars
  • provide friendly and professional service to guests
  • ensure timely meal delivery with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
  • develop cost saving and labor retention strategies
  • train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
  • lead service education and training programs
  • evaluate restaurant service performance
  • conduct employee discussions and evaluations
  • coordinate timely food production
  • collaborate with the Chef to maintain food quality and presentation
  • evaluate food products and kitchen employee performance
  • oversee liquor and wine selection, pricing, and procurement
  • assist in creating and executing financial objectives
  • contribute to marketing plans and operational standards
  • focus on cost control including sales and payroll
