Job Requirements
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and move at a steady pace for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Ability to read, write, and use small tools/equipment
- Driver's License required
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent guest service and team development
Job Duties
- Lead and deliver friendly, timely guest service aligned with brand standards
- Foster a positive culture rooted in Flynn Applebee's values
- Respond quickly to guest concerns and ensure positive resolutions
- Engage guests through required table visits and ongoing interaction
- Maintain product quality through line checks and operational evaluations
- Schedule team members effectively to meet business demands
- Ensure strong sanitation, safety, and security practices
- Maintain restaurant organization and cleanliness
- Support maintenance needs and partner with leadership on repairs
- Recruit and refer high-quality team members and managers
- Support training procedures for all new hires and new managers
- Coach, develop, and document team performance
- Monitor staff efficiency and provide consistent feedback
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Manage departmental costs and assist with inventory processes
- Complete accurate daily administrative paperwork
- Serve in any team member position as needed (line cook, expo, host, bartender, etc.)
