Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire
  • United States work authorization
  • ability to work full-time
  • availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations to ensure excellence
  • support broader operations as directed by the General Manager
  • select, develop, and coach team members
  • maintain high performance and customer service standards
  • manage scheduling and staffing needs
  • monitor inventory and supply levels
  • enforce safety and hygiene regulations
