Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead all or some people aspects of a restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
- Lead all or some guest components of a restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team using proven systems and routines
- Lead all or some financial areas of a restaurant including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices utilized within unit managed
- Understand ways in which unit relates to and impacts company
- Demonstrate knowledge of company operations and objectives
- Seek information regarding trends affecting food service industry
