Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- completion of all training with passing scores
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to work 50-55 hours per week
- availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- knowledge of restaurant policies and operational procedures
- understanding of labor cost and business reporting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic computer proficiency
- experience with profit and loss statements
- employee coaching and development skills
- experience in recruitment and conflict resolution
- ability to maintain a positive workplace

Job Duties
- Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations
- communicate and follow-up with guests to obtain feedback
- assist and resolve all guest complaints in-person or by phone
- ensure all incoming calls are handled promptly and professionally
- direct and conduct regular training with team members
- provide regular feedback and identify areas for improvement
- work with direct reports to cross-train and develop new skills
- create a workplace where team members strive to do their best and have fun
- ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- maintain a clean and safe restaurant for guests and staff
- manage budgets and make necessary adjustments
- enforce labor law compliance
- adhere to all company policies and procedures

- prepare and analyze operation reports
