Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years food service management experience in similar environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to be on call 24/7

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including hiring, training, and team development

  • Serve as a role model with high energy and friendly attitude
  • Manage P&L and inventory by analyzing sales trends and implementing action plans
  • Create an organized, process-oriented environment
  • Communicate company objectives and manage team performance for continuous improvement
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet guest demand while maintaining labor controls
  • Cultivate a people-first culture with superior guest service and operational excellence
  • Practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning
