Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years food service management experience in similar environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
- Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to be on call 24/7

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including hiring, training, and team development
- Ensure all food is prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- Build and foster a guest-focused culture delivering convenience and trust
- Serve as a role model with high energy and friendly attitude
- Manage P&L and inventory by analyzing sales trends and implementing action plans
- Create an organized, process-oriented environment
- Communicate company objectives and manage team performance for continuous improvement
- Schedule staff effectively to meet guest demand while maintaining labor controls
- Cultivate a people-first culture with superior guest service and operational excellence
- Practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning
- Forecast and analyze business trends to maximize performance and profitability
