Job Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position

Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience
- Oversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items
- Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Conduct departmental pre-shift meetings to keep team members informed of pertinent information
- Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagement
- Train and monitor employees to ensure adherence to the Wynn service standards for all staff
- Manage the restaurant's employee relations and human resources agendas while understanding the language within the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
- Work closely with the brand partners and Executive Chef to create new food items that are within the parameters of the concept
- Other job duties as assigned
