Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures
  • Ability to handle cash and understand basic financial reports
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Commitment to upholding company values and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by inspiring confidence and engaging with guests and staff
  • Train and develop team members to take on additional responsibilities
  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and communicate disciplinary actions to ensure accountability
  • Delegate tasks effectively to empower team members
  • Lead shifts ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Manage financial aspects including labor, food cost management, and cash handling
  • Execute opening, closing, and shift changeover duties thoroughly ensuring operational preparedness
  • Oversee back of house duties such as prep, inventory, and line checks
  • Support marketing efforts and drive sales and guest experience contests
  • Lead excellence in People, Product, and Place pillars by energizing team, ensuring product quality and safety, and maintaining restaurant upkeep
