Job Requirements
- A minimum of three years managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant with a similar dining concept
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Strong financial and computer skills including knowledge of P&L management and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and ten-hour shifts
- Prior experience in upscale dining management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a manager in an upscale dining environment
- Minimum of three years in a managerial role within a high-volume restaurant with similar dining style, capacity, and volume
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Strong financial skills including experience with profit and loss management and budget development
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to anticipate both guest and employee needs
- College degree preferred
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- Monitoring shift responsibilities to ensure compliance with quality, sanitary, and legal standards
- Assisting team member training and performance monitoring while maintaining open communication for corrections
- Maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
