Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a similar upscale high-volume restaurant setting
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Food Safety Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing upscale dining establishments
- minimum of three years in a managerial role within a high-volume restaurant
- proficiency with ServSafe Manager, Food Safety Handler, and Responsible Beverage Service certification
- strong financial skills including P&L understanding and budget development
- computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- college degree preferred
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring compliance with quality sanitary and legal standards
- assisting team member training
- monitoring performance and providing feedback
- maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns professionally and promptly
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
- ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency
