Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of management experience in a similar upscale high-volume restaurant setting
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Food Safety Handler certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to anticipate guest and employee needs

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing upscale dining establishments
  • minimum of three years in a managerial role within a high-volume restaurant
  • proficiency with ServSafe Manager, Food Safety Handler, and Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong financial skills including P&L understanding and budget development
  • computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
  • monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring compliance with quality sanitary and legal standards
  • assisting team member training
  • monitoring performance and providing feedback
  • maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns professionally and promptly
  • assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
  • ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency
