Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience in a managerial position in a high-volume restaurant with similar style
- certifications required: ServSafe Manager, Food Safety Handler, Responsible Beverage Service
- strong financial and computer skills
- availability to work days, evenings, holidays, Monday through Friday, weekends, with 10 hour shifts
- college degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing an upscale dining restaurant
- minimum three years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant with similar dining style, capacity, and volume
- college degree preferred
- required certifications including ServSafe Manager, Food Safety Handler, and Responsible Beverage Service
- strong financial and computer skills including proficiency with P&Ls, budget development and management, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and point-of-sale systems
- exceptional communication skills with ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
Job Duties
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
- monitoring shift responsibilities to ensure compliance with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
- assisting in team member training and monitoring their performance with open communication for necessary corrections
- maintaining positive guest relations and addressing concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- assisting with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
